With over 20 years of experience, owner Joseph Cope had always dreamed of being an electrician. Working alongside his father from a young age, Joe knew this was the career he wanted to pursue.

Starting his senior year of high school, he participated in concurrent enrollment and received his degree in Electrical Automation and Robotics Technology from Utah Valley University. Shortly after, Joe spent four years completing the electrical apprentice program while simultaneously working in the field. His time as an apprentice, and eventual journeyman, fueled his love for the industry, and he took the extra step to become a Master Electrician.

Driven by the satisfaction of helping people, Joe wanted his own platform to provide a positive experience for customers, enhanced by his unique personal touch. He partnered with his wife Carolyn, and they took the leap, starting Energized Electric.

Our mission is to provide our customers with quality service, adhering to the current National Electrical Code standards, professionally, and affordably. We are honored to have been serving our Utah communities since 2016.
